With the participation of reputable industrial enterprises and automation companies in the region, we realized a highly productive and interactive activity in Divan Adana on Industry 4.0, IIoT (Internet of Things in Industry), augmented reality and developing OPC technologies.
In the scope of activity, OPC technologies were introduced and it was been mentioned about the place of Kepware Technologies in the automation industry and portfolio of Kepware Technologies. After presentations, it were performed demo study about the following topics:
- Connection to different devices with KEPServerEX (Siemens S7-1200, Schneider M-340 etc.)
- Advanced Tags to exchange data between devices or softwares
- Send data to databases (SQL, Access, Oracle, etc.)
- Send data from databases to devices
- Perform transactions between tags with KEPServerEX
- Creating secure connections between two computers without DCOM with OPC UA Tunneling
- Transferring machine data to the cloud with IoT Gateway (Internet of Things)
- OPA client application development with drag and drop with ClientAce toolkit
- Advanced reporting solutions with ASPRapor
In addition, it was been introduced case studies supported by KEPServerEX to collect data and to publish several protocols such as OPC, REST, MQTT. In this context, we would like to thank QUALIST Technology for providing us with time and support.
